Although this word – Nashmi – has been used and abused more than anything in Jordan, I have an interpretation for it that for me it what this word should actually mean, and how it originally started being used.
A Nashmi is a person of quality. He’s helpful, mindful, and generous. He stands for right and always avoids the wrong. He’s passionate, compassionate, and forgiving. A Nashmi never cheats, never hassles, and is trustworthy.
Basically what I’m trying to say is: A Nashmi to Jordan is equivalent to a Gentleman in England!
Nashmi Kitchen is a brand that represents me, Khaled… I guy who tries his best to always deliver quality food made with passion, and shares his knowledge in that field as a contribution to leave his touch somewhere in life… Whether it was feeding people better food, or teaching them how to do it themselves, in a sustainable and efficient manner.
